Project Management in Manufacturing

There are some manufacturing environments such as make to stock, make to order, assemble to order and engineer to order. For each environment has a specific layout, process and scheduling. For engineer to order in manufacturing, is different in handling with make to stock or make to order. In this training session we will elaborate all aspect of how to manage project in manufacturing. This training is important for:

Using interactive method where the trainee will have concept & practising using the concept with spread sheet excel, using their own data for exercise.

20 years of experience in manufacturing area on some multinational companies such as Mitsubishi Electric, Sony, Mattel, Pirelli Cables. Graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) majoring in electronics engineering, got MBA from Monash University. Certified CPIM (Certified Production Inventory Management) and CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) from APICS (Association for Operation Management - USA) in 2005. Certified APICS Master Instructor. Have experience in delivering training in some multinational companies in house or public training.
