SIMCEL Regional Network Optimization (RNO) is a tool that helps you to maximize the profit generated from your regional footprint. It tells you the most profitable way to serve each of your market demand with available production capacity in the region.
It answers the simple question: what production unit should serve which market to keep cost as low as possible and prioritize markets with higher margins?
It integrates market demand volume, selling price, production capacity, production cost, transfer cost, and import duties.

The approach consists in defining the optimal connections and transfer volumes between the supply and demand points that compose the network.
